Healthcare IT · Oklahoma City
IT support for clinics, labs, and practices.
Your front desk checks in patients, your lab hits delivery dates, and the technology underneath either helps or gets in the way. We keep it out of the way, and keep it defensible when someone asks how patient data is protected.
Who this is for
Chiropractic and therapy offices. Dental labs making crowns and prosthetics on CAD systems that must not lose a day of work. Small clinics where one person is the office manager, the scheduler, and the unofficial IT department. If that person is you, we're the call that takes that third job off your plate.
What HIPAA-aware means here
- Encrypted backups, offsite, with quarterly restore tests you see the results of
- Access controls per workstation, the front desk login can't open the billing share
- Audit trails that exist before anyone asks for them
- A business associate agreement we sign, not dodge
- Phishing defense and training sized for a small office
Proof, not promises
We run what we sell.
Saibeo operates its own monitoring, remote-management, and hosting infrastructure, the same stack we deploy for clients. When we say 24/7 monitoring, it's because our own systems page us, not because a brochure says so. Client work stays confidential, which is exactly the treatment yours gets.
Questions practices actually ask
Does a small practice really need HIPAA-compliant IT?
If you handle patient information, the rules apply to you at three employees the same as at three hundred. What changes is the sensible scope: a small practice doesn't need an enterprise compliance department, it needs encrypted backups, locked-down workstation access, and records of who touched what. That's what we set up and maintain.
What is a business associate agreement, and will you sign one?
A BAA is the contract that makes an IT vendor formally responsible for protecting the patient data it can access. Yes, we sign them. If your current IT person won't, that's worth a conversation.
How often should backups be tested?
Quarterly at minimum, by actually restoring files and verifying they open. We schedule restore tests as part of the service and show you the result, a backup that's never been restored is an assumption, not protection.
What does managed IT cost for a small practice?
A flat monthly rate based on how many people and machines you have, so the bill doesn't spike when something breaks. The free assessment gives you an exact number; most three-to-ten person offices land in the range of a single staff sick day per month.
